Sandin Manufacturing extrudes a variety of jacketing types for strand, aircraft cable and wire rope. We manufacture custom coatings to specific diameters in a wide range of colors to meet your specific demands. Adding a jacket to your cable or wire rope provides extra durability and helps increase the lifespan of the cable or wire rope. Sandin Manufacturing has the capability to extrude bare cable from .014″ diameter to .625″ diameter.
Coated cable is available in various types of nylon, UV resistant vinyl, polyethylene, polypropylene, and hytrel. Custom color matching is available for the different coatings.
Vinyl Coated Cable
